About Our Program
Established in 2008, Happy Beginnings Child Care is a high quality child care program that is certified with the MD State Department of Education and the Department of Health & Human Services-Child Care Administration. The early childhood educator staff have:
~ A Master of Science in Psychology from the University of MD with an emphasis in child development and 30+ years experience in early childhood education.
~The staff in addition hold 700+ hours of early childhood training.
