Enrollment/ Required Forms

To enroll your child:

1. Contact us to schedule an interview. To reserve your interview appointment please submit via e-mail a completed application for admission form found below. This form is free to submit and does not reserve an opening. It is only a way for us to decide among the many applications submitted and allows us to have your contact information to reach you in case you are chosen for the opening. During your interview we will go over the program, policies, the contract, and any questions you may have. Please note we are searching for parents who place high importance in quality and who are serious and committed to their children.

2. Once you are notified you have been chosen for the opening, we will set up a second appointment to sign the enrollment agreement contract and to complete the paperwork required by the State of Maryland. We will provide you with all the paperwork at the second appointment meeting. There will also be an opportunity to sign up for the waiting list if you are not chosen for the opening.
